Estos términos y condiciones aplican a todos los juegos móviles publicados por Gonzalez Blanchard Apps (en adelante, «nosotros»), incluido Block Quest. Al descargar, instalar o usar un juego, aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses el juego.
Uso del juego
Te damos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para instalar y usar nuestros juegos en tus dispositivos, solo para entretenimiento personal y sin fines comerciales. El juego se te licencia, no se te vende: seguimos siendo titulares de todos los derechos sobre él.
Qué no puedes hacer
- Copiar, modificar, descompilar, hacer ingeniería inversa o intentar obtener el código fuente del juego, salvo que la ley lo permita expresamente.
- Vender, alquilar, sublicenciar o redistribuir el juego.
- Usar trampas, bots, programas de modificación o cualquier método que altere el funcionamiento normal del juego o dé ventajas injustas.
- Interferir con los anuncios, los sistemas de compras o la seguridad del juego.
- Usar el juego para fines ilegales.
Propiedad intelectual
El juego, su código, diseño, gráficos, sonidos, música, nombres, logotipos y demás contenido son propiedad de Gonzalez Blanchard Apps o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Estos términos no te transfieren ningún derecho de propiedad sobre ellos.
Anuncios
Nuestros juegos muestran anuncios mediante Google AdMob. Los anuncios son proporcionados por terceros y no controlamos su contenido. Al usar el juego aceptas ver estos anuncios como parte del servicio. Puedes ver cómo se tratan los datos en nuestra política de privacidad.
Datos y analíticas
Para entender cómo se usa el juego, corregir errores y mejorarlo, podemos usar herramientas de analíticas como Firebase o Google Analytics. Qué datos se recogen y cómo los puedes controlar está explicado en nuestra política de privacidad, que forma parte de estos términos.
Compras dentro de la app
Algunos juegos, pero no todos, pueden ofrecer compras dentro de la app (por ejemplo, monedas, objetos virtuales o la eliminación de anuncios).
- Los pagos los procesa Google Play Billing y se rigen por los términos de Google Play. Nosotros no recibimos los datos de tu tarjeta.
- Los artículos virtuales no tienen valor monetario real, no se pueden canjear por dinero y no son transferibles.
- Compras un derecho de uso limitado sobre el artículo virtual dentro del juego, no su propiedad.
- Salvo que la ley aplicable disponga otra cosa, las compras no son reembolsables. Los reembolsos se gestionan según la política de reembolsos de Google Play.
- Si dejamos de ofrecer un juego, podemos dejar de ofrecer también los artículos comprados en él.
Progreso y datos guardados
El progreso del juego puede guardarse en tu dispositivo y se pierde si desinstalas el juego, borras sus datos o cambias de dispositivo. No garantizamos la recuperación del progreso ni de los artículos virtuales en esos casos.
Disponibilidad y cambios en el juego
Podemos actualizar, modificar, suspender o descontinuar cualquier juego, o partes de él, en cualquier momento, con o sin aviso. No garantizamos que el juego funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que sea compatible con todos los dispositivos.
Exclusión de garantías
El juego se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo garantías de idoneidad para un fin particular o de funcionamiento sin errores.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Gonzalez Blanchard Apps no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de usar el juego, incluida la pérdida de progreso o de datos. Nada en estos términos limita derechos que la ley te reconozca como consumidor y que no puedan limitarse por contrato.
Menores de edad

Terminación
Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso a un juego si incumples estos términos. Tú puedes dejar de usar el juego en cualquier momento desinstalándolo.
Cambios a estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos cuando agreguemos juegos o servicios nuevos. Publicaremos la versión nueva en esta página con su fecha de actualización. Si sigues usando el juego después de un cambio, aceptas los términos actualizados.
Ley aplicable

These terms and conditions apply to all mobile games published by Gonzalez Blanchard Apps («we», «us»), including Block Quest. By downloading, installing or using a game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Use of the game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our games on your devices, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The game is licensed to you, not sold: we retain all rights in it.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the game, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game.
- Use cheats, bots, modding tools or any method that alters the normal operation of the game or gives an unfair advantage.
- Interfere with ads, purchase systems or the security of the game.
- Use the game for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The game, including its code, design, graphics, sounds, music, names, logos and other content, is owned by Gonzalez Blanchard Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Advertising
Our games show ads through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties and we do not control their content. By using the game you agree to see these ads as part of the service. You can see how data is handled in our privacy policy.
Data and analytics
To understand how the game is used, fix bugs and improve it, we may use analytics tools such as Firebase or Google Analytics. What data is collected and how you can control it is explained in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
In-app purchases
Some games, but not all, may offer in-app purchases (for example, coins, virtual items or ad removal).
- Payments are processed by Google Play Billing and governed by the Google Play terms. We do not receive your card details.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable.
- You purchase a limited right to use the virtual item within the game, not ownership of it.
- Unless applicable law provides otherwise, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy.
- If we discontinue a game, we may also discontinue the items purchased in it.
Progress and saved data
Game progress may be stored on your device and is lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or switch devices. We do not guarantee recovery of progress or virtual items in those cases.
Availability and changes to the game
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any game, or parts of it, at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the game will work uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with all devices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gonzalez Blanchard Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game, including loss of progress or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants you as a consumer and that cannot be limited by contract.
Minors
If you are a minor, you must use the game with the permission and supervision of your parent or guardian, who is responsible for purchases and your use of the game. For more information on how we handle children’s data, see our privacy policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to a game if you breach these terms. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when we add new games or services. The new version will be posted on this page with its update date. If you keep using the game after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country or jurisdiction]. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of [your city or country], without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
